Personality: She is neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly; cool might be a good description. Professional to an extreme, she always tries to remain in control of things, although she is successful at this far less than she would like to admit. While she does not encourage close friendships, she collects acquaintances. Displays of extreme emotion, either her own or others, make her uncomfortable; often times she will sooth someone who is upset more so she does not have to see it then to help. She has a complete phobia of fire and has difficulty being in the same room as even a small candle for more than a brief period of time.

Current History: Shareen led a relatively mundane life, although she did move around quite a bit as her parents were both artists, one a photographer, the other a painter. She went to school, did fairly well, graduated, and went to college with the intent of pursuing writing. Between her first and second year, however, she was involved in a rather severe accident. While on her way with a friend to visit her family, her car spun and was struck by another, resulting in both catching on fire. Fortunately, there were no fatalities.
Escaping with a fair amount of burns on her back and right side and several anxiety issues, she was not able to successfully return to schooling that year. After spending a few more years just struggling to get by, she took classes in library science which, while not being exactly what she’d had in mind, managed to get her a series of steady jobs as a librarian.

Colors: Orange, blue, and gray
Outfit: Rather than a traditional skirt, she wears tight blue pants with a wide, slanted orange belt. Her top is long-sleeved and primarily orange. Her collar is gray and blue, the bow in the front held with a pin with an eye design on it. The cuffs of her sleeves are trimmed in blue and gray, and the eye motif is continued with one on each shoulder and a larger one on her back. She wears gray boots with a slight heel.

Transformation Phrase: 'Helix Nebula power, make up!'

Fighting Style: Distance fighting with incapacitating as a goal.
Strengths: She has a surprising amount of control with her attack, and once an opponent is caught it is fairly easy for her to finish entangling them.
Weaknesses: She has to focus on one opponent to be effective; she can’t entangle more than one person unless she can entangle them together.
Weapons: A set of bracers, one of which has a blade which extends out from it.

Name of Attack: Vine Entangle
--What it looks like: Thick vines come up from the ground to entangle foes.
--Damage or Effect: It is intended to trip up or immobilize a foe. Unless they trip or get hit very unluckily, it does no actual damage.
--Accuracy/Effectiveness: The attacks are fairly accurate, but unless the opponent is standing still or slips up she cannot properly entangle them.
Name of Attack: Obscuring Pollen
--What it looks like: When under attack the vines emit a thick smoke-like mist.
--Damage or Effect: It burns the eyes and lungs; it can cause temporary blindness (like any smoke) and if a foe is in the smoke for too long they can fall unconscious.
--Accuracy/Effectiveness: It is an area effect, so is very accurate against anyone hacking at the vines, however they no longer move, and so can be escaped.

Past History: The Helix nebula was once a planet with a pair of moons orbiting a small sun which exploded. Both the planet and Sailor Helix were vaporized in the disaster. Her starseed drifted eventually to earth where she was reborn.
Mission: To find a new place for herself and a purpose.
