Moderators

 These are the people that run OSW. They are available through various means of communication for questions/concerns/comments, and will be more than happy to listen to other players or those interested.
The role of the moderators (or mods) is to act as mediaries and game masters (GMs). They come up with the major plots and overall story arcs. They also receive and approve applications for characters. They're working behind the scenes with each other and other players to ensure the game runs smoothly.
Sometimes, they're just damn lazy and wonder why they're part of this mess and where all their free time went.
