Appearance: She's tanned caucasian and pretty tall, with sort of a skinny hourglass figure--above-average breasts, a small waist, and slightly wide hips. She's of average figure otherwise and not terribly sports-inclined or athletic. Her hair is long (reaching to her hips), straight, very thick, and sun-bleached blonde, and her eyes are gray in color. Her face is rather cute, and she can give a very adorable pout. She loves to dress in loose, casual clothing and bright colors.
Personality: "Idealist" is perhaps the best word. Saffron is a perpetually cheerful girl, if stunningly naive. Not much bothers her, and she'll believe all sorts of potentially absurd things; UFOs, fortune cookies, Shizuka's belief in Silent Hill's existance. She's certainly friendly and not difficult to get along with most of the time, but she can be annoyingly pushy with some of her hippie beliefs.
Strengths: Surprisingly, she's a mathmatical genius, particularly on geometry and music-related math. Strong-willed. Plays guitar.
Weaknesses: Dizty, spacey, sometimes naive, strange world views, has a tendency to go naked if left alone.

Current History: Saffron was found as an orphan by a band of travelling neo-hippies, who took her in and raised her as part of her family. She roamed across America with them until very recently, when her parents two mysterious women who have never had an appearance in canon, oh no siree, found out about her and said something to the effect of "aw fuck, hippies AGAIN? THIS IS THE 30TH CENTURY, DAMNIT." Making sure her powers were fully sealed, they sent Saffron to Marin under the pretense of a scholarship.

Colors: Dark, rosy pink with dark purple highlights
Outfit: Her bodice is a two-piece, leaving her midriff bare. The upper half extends down her right arm, covering the entire thing including her hand, while the left arm is bare except for the oversized gauntlet. Massive shoulder guards are on both sides. Her sailor collar is a solid purple and pinned with a brooch featuring her symbol. The skirt of her outfit is shaped a bit like flower petals, and her boots are heeled, minimizing the extension of the foot a la Bubblegum Crisis. Her tiara is silver with a pink gemstone, and is slimmer and more angular (less curved and more like a V) than the regular senshi tiara.
Transformation Item: A tattoo of a rose crescent moon with a purple 7 resting against its curve. The tattoo is on her lower back, slightly to the right of her spine.
Transformation Phrase: "This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius!"
Fighting Style: Prefers weakening or crippling her opponents before hitting them with her bell.
Strengths: Excellent magical abilities.
Weaknesses: No direct offense, bell isn't the greatest bludgeoning weapon.
Weapons: A large bell, with a rose crystal clapper inside. This is the Nanametsukizuishou (Seventh Moon Millennium Crystal) which is a hundred billion times more powerful than the Ginzuishou. Except that it has no offensive capability, so you can't really tell. Doesn't THAT suck?
Attacks:
Name of Attack: "Mystic Crystal Revelation!"
--What it looks like: She raises the bell above her head and rings it. The crystal inside sparkles, covering the battlefield with a rainbow glow.
--Damage or Effect: Nullifies all magic on the field.
--Accuracy/Effectiveness: Unfortunately, when it says "all magic", it means "all magic", so allies can be equally hindered. It covers a fairly large area, but doesn't last very long.
Name of Attack: "Let the sun shine in!"
--What it looks like: She points at her target, which is then illuminated by a ray of sunshine. Yes, even inside or at night. IT'S MAGIC.
--Damage or Effect: The object ceases to exist.
--Accuracy/Effectiveness: It only works on inanimate objects; living creatures aren't affected, nor are inanimate objects that are imbued with magic (such as senshi weapons or the remaining friendly youma). There is a limit to the size of the object she can erase; large objects will only have a portion erased.
Name of Attack: "Mind's True Liberation!"
--What it looks like: She plants her feet and spreads her arms, and becomes covered in a rainbow glow.
--Damage or Effect: All attacks are ineffective against her.
--Accuracy/Effectiveness: She cannot be hurt during this attack by anything. However, she can't move from her position either.
Past History: Once upon a time, Mars and Jupiter took a trip back in time to the 1960s on a vacation. While there, they got drunk, and it must have been quite drunk, for, uh, magic happened. (Rumor says Rei was on top.) From that union, Aquarius was born. Mars and Jupiter, utterly embarrassed by the whole thing, denied any connection with Aquarius, which made her a bitter little starseed. Since being reborn inside Saffron in current time, her powers have been sealed away.
Mission: Gain recognition from her parents.
