Hoshii does not attend school; a private tutor instructs him between appointments or days off.

Strengths: The passion, determination, and drive to see a project through no matter what.
Weakness: Besides being slightly conceited, the inherent resonations in certain types of music (flute, harp, techno) can affect Hoshii and literally entrance him in a state of joy, making him unresponsive until the piece is over or another noise interferes. He also tends to tune out the world anyway, since he's naturally an introspective guy and regularly dances or sings himself into a trance in concerts or rehearsals.
Hoshii is not much of a fighter at all, and gagging him or knocking him out is an extremely effective way to insure he can't protect himself. On top of that, Hoshii has no past experience as a Knight in any previous lives, and is quite literally in over his head now that he has the duties of a Knight to deal with on top of his busy life.
Goal: To keep making amazing music and movies, and find the girl of his dreams

Profile: Hoshii is a quiet, kind, patient, thoughtful, casual, polite, charming guy who is dreamy and likes being desired; he seeks perfection in all his work, but does not seek perfection in others: He only asks they do the best they can with what skills they have. Hoshii's voice and presence are absolutely captivating, and he has no qualms about using his abilities to influence the emotions in others when he speaks or sings; he feels this helps the listener experience the full emotional experience of his work.
Hoshii has short, thick lavender hair, and his eyes are a clear, shocking red; fair skin, a beautiful face, sensual lips, a slim figure. He usually dresses very casually in white, blue and black, and his trademarks are a blue leather choker with a silver and gold lyre-shaped charm set to the right, and a sapphire point hanging from a silver loop in his left ear.
Hoshii is a movie star, dancer, voice actor, and the lead singer for Emotion Vibrant, a hugely, wildly popular rock band; he also plays guitar, piano, and harps. He uses casting calls as a chance to look for the girl of his dreams, which ties in to his latest project: An anime called Mugen no Ametsuchi, or "World Of Dreams", in which Hoshii plays the lead character, Hiou, a handsome prince who wears half a mask. Much to the disgust of the producers, Hoshii has taken it upon himself to find the perfect girl to voice Junko, the heroine of the story, and he's even going so far as to approach perfect strangers to speak with them for a little while and see if they would fit the role.

Knight Profile

Name: The Orpheus Knight.
Realm of influence: Emotions/Voice.
Transformations: "To calm dissonance and restore harmony, give me the power do thy bidding, my patron Orpheus."
Ethereal music plays from nowhere as a "spotlight" shines on Hoshii from above, and a transparent curtain seems to grow from the ground until only his silhouette can be seen, standing with arms wide open. Then the curtain rises again, bit by bit until the Orpheus Knight, fully transformed, is revealed, as he bows to the world and strikes a heroic pose.
Items of Power: Hoshii's henshin charm is the lyre on his choker, which is one reason why he rarely takes it off. It's also his weapon, since it holds an almost infinitely extendable garrote.
The charm appeared a year ago, when a particularly deep trance was self-induced during an intense session of dancing, in which a vision of Orpheus appeared and warned Hoshii of a great dissonance approaching Marin City. Hoshii did not care at first, since it didn't seem to involve him directly, but Orpheus placed the henshin charm on his choker and firmly instructed the new Knight to keep an eye out for any danger that would threaten the city or soldiers like him.
Hoshii woke up on the floor of his studio in the apartment suite he shared with his parents, body aching from the dancing and head throbbing from the force of Orpheus' will. Since then, the Orpheus Knight has been awaiting the "dissonance" his patron spirit predicted, while pretending everything is all right and looking for his dream girl in the meantime.

All attacks require Orpheus to look at his target; if he closes his eyes or loses concentration, almost anyone within twelve feet of him could be affected.
Hiai no Kashou/Song of Sorrow: Orpheus will hit and hold the note that causes a monster or person to be filled with such unbearable grief they're unable to do anything but break down and sob.
Kigi no Kashou/Song of Fear: Orpheus will find and half sing, half snarl the note that causes such intense terror, the recipient is again rendered completely helpless.
Sound Shield: This is only good for short bursts, deflecting thrown objects and low- to mid-powered attacks.
Ensnared: Orpheus pulls a length of wire from the lyre charm and creates a net that wraps itself in impossible tangles around a target, making it pretty darn hard to escape. Unfortunately, Orpheus has to be within reaching distance to do this, so it's a risky move he does not like using.

Interview

Later, the concept for the Orpheus Knight just popped into my head and WOULD NOT leave me alone. XD That happens a lot, actually.
Hoshii was partially inspired by Gackt, and his NPC bandmates Hiru, Reiji, Shouri, Kiei and soon Ryuurei are based on character concepts from other RPs, or stories that either ended or haven't taken form yet.
Now, in Hoshii's case, Orpheus as inspiration only seemed appropriate: He was a very talented Greek character who lost his wife Eurydice on their wedding day. Playing his lyre and singing of his grief, Orpheus dared the underworld, moving every inhabitant with the emotion of his song and making them weep. Because of this, Hades agreed to let Eurydice come back to life, but only on the provision that Orpheus not look at her on the way back to the land of the living, otherwise she would be taken away again.
Orpheus lead the way, but doubt and insecurities about whether or not Eurydice was actually behind him made him turn and look when they were a step away from the living world. Hades took the crying Eurydice by the shoulder and brought her back into his realm, and Orpheus never knew happiness for the rest of his admittedly short life.
Hoshii too can use his voice to induce emotions in others, both as himself and the Orpheus Knight, somewhat like a siren, and he's looking for the girl of his dreams -has even written a song about it-, partly because having someone worth daring death for would be something worth fighting for as the Orpheus Knight, and partly because he really is sincere in wanting to love someone forever.
Hoshii, well, he's just a helluva lotta fun to play, and when the chance to use him as the Orpheus Knight comes up, he'll hopefully learn to hold his own instead of standing back and supporting the other fighters. To that end, I would like to see him come up with Shin'yuu no Kashou/Song Of Real Courage, in order to inspire his fellow soldiers in times when defeat seems inevitable.
