Personality: Ophelia can be a bit ditsy, but she truly wants to help people, and she has many friends who believe in her. While volunteering, she's usually in charge of keeping other volunteers in check, but she fails because she doesn't get too bossy. She has a problem with men taking advantage of her, and she hasn't had any great boyfriends yet. She gets stressed sometimes with all of her homework and volunteering, but her optimistic and cheery attitude always pulls her through. All the patients at Marin City Medical Clinic love her, and she loves making them feel comfortable and at home. She wanted to become a nurse because her mother died from insufficient medical treatment.
Current History: Ophelia grew up separated from her older sister Rei Hino, because her mother took her to America. She lived in California until her mother died. The last words her mother said were, "You have a sister named Rei Hino living in Japan, go find her, dammit, and tell her I died so she will be very sad because her father was an asshole." So Ophelia traveled to her sister in Japan, but didn't have enough money and had to find a room-mate in Marin City.

Colors: White, Baby Blue and Tickle-me Pink
Outfit: A plain white nurse's outfit with a baby-blue sailor collar and a tickle-me pink bow. She wears matching pink pumps, a white nurse's hat and baby blue gloves that go up to her elbows and have a little pink bow on the end. Her earrings are little golden crabs. She also has a chocker with a little plastic red cross sewn on it. \
Transformation Item: A pink syringe with hearts and stars on it.
Transformation Phrase: "Cancer Merciful Star Make-Up!"
Transformation Sequence: She pulls out the pink syringe from her bag and holds it out while crying out the transformation phrase. Then she jams it into her upper arm and screams. Rainbow colors fly around, coming from where she injected the syringe and they flow all over her until she glows of pink and baby blue swirly colors. The colors solidify, and she stands there in her uniform, with her arms crossed, smiling warmly.
Fighting Style: Close-range
Strengths: More athletic and has more patience than usual. She takes time with each attack, so she doesn't make mistakes.
Weaknesses: Fire and Lighting, cute men and people who act like they're telling the truth but really aren't.
Weapons: A two-foot long bright pink syringe
Other Items: Some large band-aids for holding down criminals and giant blue and pink pills that are used with a giant sling-shot.
Name of Attack: Loving Injection!
--What it looks like: She jams her huge syringe into the enemy.
--Damage or Effect: It injects affection, care and the ability to love into their souls.
--Accuracy/Effectiveness: Very reliable, and causes the enemies to stop attacking almost instantly. Of course, this attack can be blocked pretty easily, seeing she's a little slow about it.
Name of Attack: Broken Water!
--What it looks like: She screams out, "Honey, call the doctor!" And as she moans in pain, large golden crabs fly out of no where, distracting everyone.
--Damage or Effect: Enemies get pinched by golden crabs and it hurts like hell.
--Accuracy/Effectiveness: Effective if not stupid. She can only use this attack once every 9 months, and she's out of the battle for the rest of the show. Episode usually ends with a trip to the hospital.
Name of Attack: Tender Loving Care!
--What it looks like: If anyone gets hurt, she runs up behind them yelling that everything is going to be all right, and jams her huge pink syringe into their back.
--Damage or Effect: It heals them, if not too scary.
--Accuracy/Effectiveness: Pretty effective after the second try.
Name of Attack: Side Effects!
--What it looks like: She pulls the slingshot out of nowhere and loads it up in the back with five pills. She pulls back and they are shot at the enemy, and it automatically goes in their mouth because the pills actually have artificial limbs that will force their way in no matter what.
--Damage or Effect: May cause Diarrhea, Constipation, Abdominal Cramps, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Arrest, Headache, Nausea, Bloating and Coma.
--Accuracy/Effectiveness: Pretty effective if the CDC don't catch ya!
Past History: She was a nurse of the wonderful Princess Serenity but was fired after a tragic accident that actually gave the princess acne. She was forced to live on the Earth, where she found her true love, but he was killed in the moon kingdom incident.
Mission: Her senshi seeks to redeem herself by getting re-hired by the now Neo-Queen Serenity and hopes to find the reincarnation of her true love.
