This section is about characters/players of Otaku Sailor Wars who are not currently in the game for various reasons and retain three different kinds of status: Stasis, Retired, and Banned.The profiles here are for reference purposes, and may not be applied for by new applicants. They belong to their previous players, so if you wish to apply for a character holding a title, please create a new profile.
Stasis
Characters in statis are ones who's players have been dropped from the game for various reasons, though the players may reapply the characters pending updated rules and application procedures.
