Author's Notes: I could go into a long winded explanation about the relationship between Shizuka and Polaris but the one person who reads this already knows the basics. A talk between Osric and Polaris.

The apartment was shockingly quiet that day. It was especially strange because that day was rainy, which normally made Shizuka hyperactive. Yet today, Osric was his normal apathetic self and she was listlessly calm. Finally, she spoke up, "Osric, I feel funny today."

"You probably need some sleep." Was his response.

"No... that's not it." She said, shifting in her seat uncomfortably, "I just feel funny." The brunette rested her head on the window, looking out at the rain.

"You just need some sleep. After all, you haven't napped for five whole minutes!" He joked, leaning against the kitchen counter.

Quite abrubtly, his roomate sat up straight and crossed her legs. In a voice that didn't quite sound like hers and in perfect English she said, "So, you're his body-being, I take it?"

"Shizuka?" Osric looked at the back of her head, confused.

"Sometimes." She chuckled in a sly sort of way, something that sounded incredibly creepy, coming out of Shizuka. "You know, Bootes would be proud."

The British boy glared. What was she doing, talking about his senshi form so freely? "Go take your nap." He muttered through his teeth.

"She will, soon enough. As I was saying, you'd make him proud. You're doing a very good job, keeping her safe. But please keep strange boys away from her. And don't let her cook. She could set us on fire, and I really dislike fire." She chuckled and slumped down onto the window.

"What on..." Osric would have asked more, but the brunette girl was fast asleep. He shook his head, wondering what the hell had just happened. "Must've been ghosts."
